I’ve always been driven by curiosity and a desire to create meaningful change - particularly within organisations that reflect causes I care about. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve built a career that’s blended strategic leadership, income generation, and creative problem-solving across education, the arts, and the charitable sector.
My early career in international student recruitment taught me the value of cross-cultural communication and the importance of forging trusted relationships - skills that have remained central to everything I do. Since then, I’ve led fundraising teams, launched award-winning campaigns, and secured transformational gifts to support everything from scientific research to student wellbeing. Along the way, I’ve enjoyed the challenge of reimagining external relations, reinvigorating marketing and admissions functions, and designing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
Whether guiding organisations through brand overhauls, supporting capital appeals, or cultivating major donors, I bring clarity, commitment, and a strong sense of purpose. I gravitate toward missions that move me - and that alignment fuels my best work. I’ve always believed that the most effective strategies are those anchored in authenticity and delivered with passion.
